• Maintains assigned buildings and premises, sidewalks and driveways in a neat and orderly manner
• Sweeps, vacuums, dusts, mops, and waxes assigned areas; cleans all sinks and other such fixtures
• Maintains a daily inventory of supplies and reports the needs for replacements
• Reports safety hazards and the need for major and minor repairs
• Performs safety measures and secures the area
• Performs light maintenance duties, to include but not limited to, changing filters
• Travels to job site to perform custodial duties for plant foreman when assigned
• May be required to alter working hours to perform regularly assigned duties
